I have recently completed the letting of a flat in Glastonbury. Although naturally biased in favour of agents who effected property lettings only and did not sell, I decided to check the prices of all agents who sold, as well as let. Jungle Properties won on both counts. Tom Morgan told me that he would effect a letting in 2 - 3 weeks - he was as good as his word. I was astonished (and delighted) at the speed with which he dealt with all the many queries raised by me, and delighted only with the depth of his practical knowledge. As a retired solicitor, I am more used to agents whose skills seem to be limited to salesmanship. Tom kept me informed at all stages of the transaction and having found two prospective tenants, advised me as to which to take. I accepted that advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Jungle Properties to those who might need the services of a letting agent. I hope he will go from strength to strength.
