Online Repair Request Facility Jungle Property are proud to announce the launch of a facility for requesting repairs online.

As a customer service business we are constantly looking at ways to improve customer experience. An important part of our service is the efficient and effective management of repairs.

With that in mind, we are proud to announce the launch of a facility for requesting repairs online.

The new online system will help us to receive the information that we need in order to fully understand the problem and deploy the right contractor. The new system can be accessed from a smartphone, tablet or PC and allows tenants to upload photos of the problem so that our contractors can arrive at the property with the equipment and parts needed to resolve the issue on their first visit.

• Fewer repair requests - built-in guidance alerts you to issues you are responsible for fixing and provides steps you can take to help resolve those issues

• Easier to request repairs - simple picture based reporting system accessed via a smartphone, tablet or PC is available in 40 languages

Whilst we will continue to provide telephone and e-mail support for repair requests, requests that are reported online are likely to be dealt with more quickly than those that are reported by telephone or by e-mail.

Emergencies must continue to be reported to us by telephone.
